2. Why pay a deposit before the Kickstarter campaign begins?
By placing a deposit, you can secure the Super Early Bird price of $359 for Furihome, along with exclusive rewards. It also guarantees priority access to purchase at the lowest price once the campaign launches.
3. What’s the difference between the deposit price and the non-deposit price?
Deposit backers enjoy special savings. The Super Early Bird price is $399, but by paying a $10 deposit, you’ll receive a $50 refund—bringing your final price down to $359. Without a deposit, the price remains $399.
4. Can I place a deposit for friends or family?
Yes, you can pay the deposit on behalf of friends or family. Just make sure they use the correct email address when pledging on Kickstarter so we can properly match the deposit to their order.
5. Why do I need to use the same email for the deposit and Kickstarter order?
To ensure your $50 discount is applied correctly, we need to match your deposit with your Kickstarter pledge. Using the same email address makes this process smooth and secure.
6. When will I get my $50 (deposit + discount) refund?
Once the Kickstarter campaign ends successfully, we’ll process your $50 refund—this includes the $10 deposit—within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. What if I change my mind? Can I cancel and get my deposit back?
Yes. If you decide not to back the product, just email us at hello@furihome.com using the email address you used for the deposit. We’ll process your refund within 14 business days.
8. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Furihome ships globally. No matter where you are, we’ll do our best to deliver your product, as long as Kickstarter supports shipping to your country or region.
