WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: 

Please send a picture of the defective item and your order number to contact.furihome@gmail.com within 48 hours even though we sincerely apologize if you received a defective item.
We can send you a replacement at no extra cost if you just send us a picture of the damaged item.

REPLACEMENT AND RETURN POLICIES:

We will gladly repair any defective or damaged items for you at no additional charge if you have got them from us. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

An item cannot be exchanged or returned to our store once it has been received. Only defective items that arrive dirty, broken, or damaged, as well as parcels that are misplaced in transit, are eligible for free replacements.

We don't accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after receiving their item (s).

CANCELLATION POLICIES: 

You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. If not, you will get a portion of your money back because the shipment process has already started. Please carefully read all of our explanations and processing timelines.

DELIVERY TIME:

After you place your order, it will take between 7 and 14 business days for it to reach the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom; other countries may take up to 28 business days due to having multiple warehouses abroad and the speed at which customs clearances take place. Packaging, quality assurance, and picking the shipment by the shipping company typically take 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has left the warehouse. Please be informed that orders normally finish processing and ship within 1-3 business days. At busy seasons, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch. None of the shipping times include clearing

NOT DELIVERED ON TIME: 

We understand how annoying it can be to not receive your orders on time. It's possible that you don't like to wait or that you ordered it specifically for a special occasion. Orders can be shipped from either our US or Chinese warehouse, depending on the demand for our products.

It normally takes 5 to 8 business days for orders shipping to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia to arrive at your door. However, the delivery time for orders going abroad could be up to 28 business days, depending on how quickly customs clearances are handled.

On rare occasions, post office issues may cause a delay. When the number of shipments that post offices can handle reaches a certain point, delays happen.
