Your satisfaction is our constant priority. We strongly advise you to check your package once it has been delivered to make sure the contents meet your needs. As soon as you can, try your goods out without altering, removing the tags, or, if necessary, washing them.

Within thirty (29) days after delivery, you may return, exchange, or replace any item you buy from furihome.

(Note: To return items, send an email to with your purchase number and the justifications for the return. Don't return your products to the store where you made the purchase.
We'll process your refund or replacement within 1-3 business days if you're approved.)

Things must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and unbroken for us to accept returns. If they are brand new and unopened, items like these must be returned as sent. The object may, depending on how it is received (i.e. damage to package, water damage, intentional damage, signs of use, etc.)

You are responsible for paying for your own postage costs when returning your purchases.

Shipping fees are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from it.
